Seton Hall Law School's Master of Legal Studies degree (MLS) in Pharmaceutical & Medical Device Law & Compliance is designed for non-lawyer professionals to enhance their effectiveness and marketability. Pharmaceutical and medical device laws are continually changing, as are compliance measures and regulations in the life sciences. The Seton Hall MLS empowers professionals with the ability to understand laws that govern pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device manufacturers with 8-week courses that explore some of the following areas:

Seton Hall Law carefully structured the MLS to provide maximum flexibility and customization, allowing you to align your learning experience with your career goals and interests. Students may complete the 31-credits completely online, or partially online and in-person at our campus in Newark, New Jersey.

The Master of Legal Studies can be completed in just two years on a part-time schedule and does not have a residency requirement. Applicants do not have to take the GRE or LSAT.
